Recommended Tools:
1 - 3/16" Drill Bit
1 - Drill
STEP 1: There are 3 identical 4’ wall sections for the sides take two of the 4’ wall sections stand them upright so the window is up as shown in Fig. A. Place the two sides together as shown in Fig. A by sliding the tongue and grove together so they are tight. Take one of the straps provided with the blind and feed through the holes that are drilled in the corners. When feeding the strap through start from right to left. If you look at Detail A and feed the strap into hole A then out hole B and then into hole C and out hole D. When strap is feed through the holes feed the strap through the back end of the buckle and pull tight. The strap should pull tight and hold, then feed strap through center of the buckle to secure. Please repeat this step on the center and bottom set of holes also.
STEP 2: After securing the first two panels together you will need to take a 2’ wall section and slide the panel together with the 4’ wall. You will need place the tongue and groove together as seen in Fig. B and secure with straps. When securing with straps repeat the same steps as you did with the first two walls.
STEP 3: Take a 2’ wall section and place the tongue and groove together as seen in Fig. C. To secure with straps repeat the same steps you did with the first couple of walls you put together.
STEP 4: Take the last 4’ wall section and place the tongue and groove together as seen in Fig. D. To secure with straps repeat the same steps you did with the first couple of walls you put together.
STEP 5: When assembling the door wall make sure the door is orientated so the door swings inward. When that is correct slide the tongue and grove together so it seals in both the corners. Then place straps on as done in previous steps.
STEP 6: When installing the roof take the roof and place it over the side walls so it overlaps them.
Locate the pre drilled holes in the roof and take a drill with a 3/16” bit and drill threw the pre-drilled hole threw the side walls and door wall. You will always drill the six holes from the outside in. When that is complete take the pins provided and put them through the holes above the center of the windows. When pins are placed in the holes from the outside in, then secure with cotter pin provided.
NOTE: THE BLIND NEEDS TO BE FULLY ASSEMBLED BEFORE ANCHORING TO ENSURE
THAT THE DOOR WORKS PROPERLY.
STEP 7: If anchoring to a platform take precaution and be aware blind may slide off the platform until fastened THIS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH. When using brackets supplied screw to the side walls first so they are flush with the bottom of the blind wall. The best way to do this is when the blind is on the ground. If fastening to the ground screw brackets to the side wall and the place a rod threw one of the holes in the bottom of the bracket. You should use one bracket on the door side and one across on the opposite wall. The other four walls will only require three brackets on each full side section. You will put one bracket on the 4’ wall section and one on the 2’ wall section approximately centered on each wall. When you have the two secure on the 4’ and 2’ wall sections you will take one more bracket and place it right by the tongue and groove and secure it also. Repeat the same step to secure the opposite wall sections. (RODS NOT INCLUDED)
